With a competitive hourly rate of $250 and the assurance of top-tier equipment capable of servicing up to 300 guests, you can trust DJ Flair to handle every aspect of your event's entertainment needs with precision and flair. Additionally, for events with more than 300 guests, DJ Flair offers scalable solutions to accommodate additional attendees. Since it may require extra speakers and/or labor, costs may vary. Please inquire for more information regarding pricing for events exceeding the 300 guest limit. 8′ (H) x 13′ (W) HD LED DISPLAY
"Rent This Unit!"
$4,500 for a ONE day rental for our 8‘ HIGH x 13’ WIDE HD LED DISPLAY‘ with rigging (trusses); can be used inside or outside (even if it’s raining).
Each additional day needed will be $1,250 per day (as long as the display will not be moved and can remain in place).
We will deliver and assemble the ‘HD LED DISPLAY‘ within 30 miles of our office in Columbus for no additional fee. Set up time is about two hours.
If your event location is more than 30 miles from our Columbus office, a travel fee will be added and will be calculated based on the round trip mileage to your desired location.
We will remain on-site during your rental and we will dissemble the ‘HD LED DISPLAY‘ once your event has been completed.
If there is a fee for parking, it must be paid by the client.
DESCRIPTION
Whether you are having an indoor or outdoor event, our ‘HD LED DISPLAY‘ will wow your guests with it’s crystal clear resolution allowing you to run a slide-show, display live video or any other graphic, image or movie you would like.
Can be mounted even with a floor or we can raise it using our joist mounting system up to 8’ in the air.
Can be placed inside or outside (even if it’s raining).

Standard 120 Volt electrical outlet.
Credit card on file (in case of damage).
